ORDERING INFORMATION

Delivery Times

We can ship to anywhere in the world generally within 3-5 working days. You will be contacted if any delays are anticipated.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us via the website or by phone on +61 2 8332 7300.

Ordering & Payment

You can purchase directly from Apollo either:

• Online : payment by credit card at time of order, or by
• Purchase Order : set up a credit facility with us for supply on a 30 day invoice on completion of a Credit Application Form

For new customers who wish to pay on account, click here to download and complete the Credit Application Form.

Online Orders

Orders can be placed directly on the website and paid for by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Please select your product from the product listing, click 'Add to Cart' next to size required, then click 'Cart' at the top right corner of the screen and follow the prompts.

New customers will be required to register with the website and provide contact and delivery information which will be saved for future use.

Returning customers will just need to log in using the username and password set up previously.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided.

If you already have an account, please include your Account ID (provided by Apollo) on your order form.

Orders can be placed using the Apollo Order Form or your own Purchase Order Form. Please ensure you include the following with your order:

• Name & full contact details including telephone, fax, and email address
• Name of your Institution
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Purchase Order number
• Products & quantities required
• Authorizing signature

• We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world
• When ordering online the relevant shipping cost will be added to your order otherwise the delivery cost will be calculated and added to your order once it is received
• Apollo is not responsible for any local customs fees and import duties which may apply
